How I Channel
I wasn’t always (knowingly) a channel. I began my remembering in 2015/2016 upon returning to my hometown after living many years in South Korea. As in all things, the perfect circumstances aligned and a teacher appeared. Through the process of making more space and learning to recognize energy, I also started to receive specific guidance and found an abundance of energies that wished to express themselves. In my first QHHT regression (2017) I was told that I was a channel. At that time, I didn’t even know what a channel was. It wasn’t until nearly three years later that I began to receive opportunities to deliver channeled messages.
Naturally, I learned the hard way to operate with discernment, neutrality and boundaries- as not all energies are of the best and highest.
It is rare that I call on a specific energy for communication. I like to compare the process of starting the channel as a “knocking.” It is almost as though a visitor is knocking on my door and announcing themselves. I always ask who they are, and call in my higher self to verify their identity. One of the biggest factors is how their frequency feels in my field. If it is uncomfortable or raising any doubt, I do not accept the channel. At times, a knock will come at an inopportune time. In that case, I often ask that we continue the channel when I am free to be fully present.
Once the channel is open and I am fully protected from taking the energy into my physical or energetic bodies, the energy streams in and identifies how it would like to be relayed. Sometimes it would like to be recorded, while other times it comes through automatic writing. In most cases, it is as though an energetic download is brought in and translated into an English representation. Often, word choices are very specific as they have multiple meanings across many levels. They have also explained that messages that choose to be spoken contain specific sound frequencies that embody the message at an energetic level in the bodies of the listener. Not all channeled messages are translated into human language. These are often the most confounding- as light language is beyond human logic!
What I have noticed is that each representative body has a specific style of language that they utilize. When messages are brought through my voice, there is a noticeable change in the sound and cadence of my voice. Many times, it doesn’t sound like me at all! I often have to look up words that are used in the channel.
My favorite part is the way my energy feels after engaging with specific frequencies. For example, Mother Mary appears in the most soothing, nurturing energy. It feels like being held in unconditional love. Certain energies can be playful, serious, enthusiastic, and all are deeply loving.
It is also worth noting that I often telepathically speak to the energies while I am channeling, for clarification purposes or because I am curious. I always include my questions and anything that I observe in my channeled messages in parentheses.
